ORW Return Policy
At ORW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
- Returns are accepted for store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. - Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your timeframe).
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. - Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless there is a defect on our end.
- Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.
Store credit can be used on any future purchase at ORW. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
